I was lucky enough to never have been overweight in my life. That all ended after the birth of my second child. I got down to 20 pounds over my normal weight but no matter what I did I couldn't lose the rest. I didn't know if was age catching up with me or if somehow my metabolism changed. Whatever the reason, nothing was working. I tried all the bogus "diet" pills that we see all over the internet, but are just scams. All I ever lost with that stuff was money. One of my friends, knowing what I was going through, told me that she had been losing weight using a special plan that she found at this web site (Http://tr.im/easyfatloss) It laid out the facts in a way I never saw before and had easy to follow meal plans and diets. Not only have I lost the weight and kept it off but I'm leading a healthier lifestyle, mostly from the knowledge I gained from this amazing program.

As the Daily Mail reported the other day, Zotrim really does work. I can't even believe I am writing that after being disappointed by so many other diet supplements. I only tried it because nothing else was helping me and my weight was just going up every month. I've lost almost 3 stone in 4 months using Zotrim and I never felt better in my life. I buy it online at Http://tinyurl.com/ZotrimWorks and get a nice discount which makes it so easy for me. My husband has also been losing weight with Zotrim.

More free advertising with no report button on this site. Comments are for people who want to do just that. Not use it as a way to sell their wares. Back to comment, although I feel it's rather shallow to judge someone on their size it has to be said Kelly and Mat do look very good as slimmed down versions of themselves. Then the page froze, so I was unable to comment on the other slimmers.

At 75 years of age with 35 years of yo-yo slimming (after the birth of my son)...I have tried .....what must be ALL slimming clubs....diet doctors....soups and fads. The best was the Atkins.....but, though I felt great on this diet.....probably best to only do it once due to fat content etc.
Afraid it has taken me all these years to accept that if you eat more energy than you burn.......forget weight loss. The best diet is the Concentration camp diet. Dont eat!

Too late mate...we have moved on.
I might have agreed with you before I travelled. Visit places like Penang and India.....experience the caharm and GOOD MANNERS of the general public and you will see that it is something that we British have lost and need more of it.

What does you comment have to do with slimming? It is just political propergander. If we had not invaded India, Africa and many other countries and exploited the people and robbed them of their natural resources, then we would not have the numbers of imigrants with a right to reside here. The Gurkas fight for us give their lives for this country and it was only after a prolonged campaign that they were given the right to live here. We stood by a let China invade Tibet in the 1950's their culture and religion being stamped out the BNP should speak up against that if they really believe we should all keep to our own countries.

sorry poppy, when did we invade Poland, Romania, Serbia, Turkey (and don't say the crusades), Bulgaria, Ukraine, Albania, Algeria. Stop it with this collective guilt thing, that only works on middle class liberals. However I wouldn't mind claiming my free council house in Rome, they invaded us and took all our ....er....er... sheep!
